The concept of soccer fans' coping strategies against of the team identity threat is a new field in sports management literature and psychology that has recently attracted the interest of researchers in sports consumer behavior. In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of coping strategies of national football team fans against of the team identity threat. The method of the present research was qualitative research in the form of content analysis and the statistical population included national team fans who followed the Football Federation's Instagram page. The sampling method was purposeful and in-depth interviews were conducted with 16 participants until theoretical saturation. Coding technique and NVivo software were used to analyze the data. The results showed the coping strategies of the national team fans in two themes; emotion- oriented and problem-oriented strategies and six sub-themes; distance from the team, reinforcement, past success and achievements, intra-group prejudice, optimism for the future, destructive behavior and explosion. The results of this research have provided important applications in both theoretical and practical parts. On the one hand, this is the first study on the coping strategies of national team fans in the face of the team identity threat, and it has partially bridged the huge gap in this field in domestic and foreign research. On the other hand, it provides a coherent view and a full understanding of the coping strategies of the national football team fans and a wide range of necessary management measures to better manage these strategies.

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating and analyzing the role of social factors in the self-efficacy of physical education teachers. His research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the research included all physical education teachers of Razavi Khorasan province. The data needed to analyze the theoretical model were collected using four questionnaires of social intelligence of Mohammad (2021), social vitality of Hills and Argyle (2002), social trust of Safarinia and Sharif (2013) and teacher self-efficacy of Shannon-Moran and Woolfolk (2001). Cronbach's alpha method was used to calculate the reliability of the tool and structural equation modeling method was used to analyze the data. The structural equation model showed that social intelligence has an effective and positive role in social vitality, social trust and self-efficacy of physical education teachers. Also, the role of trust and social vitality on the self-efficacy of physical education teachers was positive and significant. In addition, social intelligence along with social vitality and social trust had a more positive and effective role on teachers' self-efficacy. Based on this, the education organization and especially the field of physical education and health can strengthen the self-efficacy of its physical education teachers by using social factors such as social intelligence, vitality and social trust. In other words, strategies for promoting and strengthening social intelligence along with strategies for increasing vitality and social confidence of physical education teachers should be taken into consideration to increase and improve their self-efficacy.

The study aims to identify the drive factors of human resource architecture model for managing volunteers in university sport events. The research uses a mixed exploratory method, in which thematic analysis method in the qualitative phase and structural equation modeling in the quantitative phase were used. The Statistical population in the qualitative part includes experts in the field of human resource management, volunteering and university sports and 19 interviewees were selected as the research sample using snowball sampling method. In the quantitative part, 278 volunteers with experience of volunteering in national and international university sports events were selected as the statistical sample. The research method in the qualitative part included a semi-structured interview, and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire, whose face and construct validity was confirmed and its reliability was determined by Cronbach's alpha test. Data analysis was done using Spss and Amos version 24 software. The main components of human resource architecture drivers include volunteer competency, training, encouraging participation, empowerment, leadership, managers competency, implementation and feedback, recognizing participation motivations, job description, Job setting and job ladder that were classified into six main categories of knowledge and information, psychological empowerment, managerial ability, career path, recruitment, retention and support.

Sport is one of the most promising areas for new businesses. Sport Startups have a lot of growth, however, there is not a lot of knowledge about them. Sometimes It causes them to fail. For this reason, more research needs to be done in this regard. The aim of this study is designing a Model for improving the Mechanisms of Sport`s Startups. This research was conducted through qualitative research method with the fundamental-exploratory nature. Research data were collected through purposive sampling method and based on in-depth interviews composed of experts. According to grounded theory and Classic approach data were analyzed after coding. The results showed that there are 3 factors for improving the Mechanisms of Sport`s Startups: Improvers, capacity-builders, and accelerators. As a conclusion for improving the Mechanisms of Sport Startups must be a systematic and holistic approach. Besides, Improvers and capacity-builders factors can produce accelerators. If such a thing happened Sport Startups succeed.

Kansei engineering is known as one of the most successful methods to understand customers' feelings and needs. This research tries to identify the factors affecting the feelings and emotional needs of the users of sports halls in Yazd province based on the Kansei engineering approach and the relationship between them. Take advantage of the services provided. In order to carry out the current research, at first, the influencing factors were identified using the study of the background of the research. Next, in order to measure the relationship between the dimensions of the research and the design of the conceptual model, the interpretive structural modeling technique was used, and then, in order to fit the structured conceptual model, the structural equation technique was used using Smart PLS3 software. The statistical population of the present study was formed by 13 experts familiar with the subject of the research in the model design department who have done research in this field and have at least 5 years of work experience, and in the model fitting department by 147 employees of sports halls in Yazd province. are the collection tool in this research was a questionnaire. The results of the research show that the 8 main dimensions of the research are placed in 3 general levels. Based on the findings of the research, factors of safety, innovation and appropriate treatment were placed as the main dimensions in the initial level of Kansei engineering drivers communication model.

The aim of the current research was the comparative analysis of perfectionism of executive and technical factors in sports. which was achievable in terms of practical nature and in terms of descriptive-exploratory analysis method and survey method. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part included all university experts in the field of organizational behavior and in the quantitative part it included all athletes, coaches and managers of professional sports in the country. Sampling in the qualitative section was purposeful and available, and 20 experienced professors of the university were interviewed and the same number led to the information field. The statistical sample in the quantitative section was determined by using Morgan's table of 353 people. Data collection was done in the qualitative part by using qualitative interviews with elites, and in the quantitative part by using a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 34 questions in 4 dimensions and on a five-point Likert scale. The results of Friedman's test showed that according to the average ranks, the individual effective factors variable has the highest rank, and the environmental, interpersonal and organizational variables have the lowest rank among the variables. The findings showed that the model of factors affecting perfectionism in managers, coaches and professional athletes of the country had a good fit. Also, the findings showed that there is no significant difference between the level of perfectionism of managers, coaches and professional athletes in the country. Key words managers, coaches, athletes, professional sports, perfectionism.

The purpose of this article is to validate the football development model of the basic levels of Ardabil province in the general dimension. The research method is of a quantitative type, which was carried out by a survey method, and the statistical population of the present study includes athletes, experts, sports managers and professors, considering that the confirmatory factor analysis method has been used, so the number of necessary samples is proportional to the number of variables. was selected and for each variable at least 5 samples and a total of 230 people were selected and the sampling is random. The data collection tool was also using a questionnaire. The results showed that the average opinions of athletes, experts, sports managers and professors regarding the validity of the model were 4.48 out of 5, which is equal to 89.6%; Therefore, the proposed model has a very high degree of credibility, and based on the validation of the research quality and the model based on the "popularity" index of Strauss and Corbin, the football development model of the basic levels of Ardabil province has good quality and credibility in the general dimension, and also in factor analysis. Confirmation of the goodness of fit indices of the structural model is desirable and has a good fit. Therefore, the validity of the model has been confirmed and it can be said that the football development model of the basic levels of Ardabil province has sufficient validity in the general dimension.
